TERMS AND CONDITIONS - TRELLO CONTENT PLANNING DONE FOR YOU SERVICE

Effective date: 2nd January 2025 

 THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND KATHRYN COOK. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN FULL BEFORE CONTINUING WITH YOUR PURCHASE.

Application and Entire Agreement

These conditions are specific to the service provided.

Service

I will complete the service in the time specified in the quotation and according to the details outlined in our planning call. Once your payment is received, you will receive a questionnaire to fill out, and we will schedule your planning call for a date that suits you. During our 60-minute planning call, we will discuss your business goals and your content needs.

Your Obligations

You are required to provide:

  • Access to your Trello account (free or paid version)
  • Any business-specific information, such as your branding, target audience, product/service details, and other content preferences.
  • Any photos, logos, or visuals you would like included in the content plan. If you do not provide these, I will use stock images or Canva templates where appropriate.
  • A timely response to feedback requests to ensure content creation can move forward efficiently.

If the required materials are not provided in a timely manner, or if I cannot carry out the work due to incomplete information, you will still be liable for the service fee. Additional information may be requested to ensure the content meets your business needs, and we will work with deadlines to allow for proper planning.

Fees and Payment

  • The full service fee of ÂŁ597 (or spilt payment arrangement) is required to be paid upfront before work commences. This fee includes the planning call, Trello board setup, and 20 ready-to-use posts with copy and Canva-branded graphics.
  • Invoices must be paid in accordance with my general T&Cs.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Once payment is made, we will arrange and have our 1:1 via Zoom. Refunds are not available after the service has commenced unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • If you choose to cancel the service before the planning call, you will receive a full refund minus a small administrative fee. Once we have had our 1:1, the service is non-refundable.

Service Process

  • Step 1: Planning Call
    Once payment is received, I will send you a questionnaire, and we will schedule your 60-minute planning call to ensure we’re aligned on your goals and content needs.
  • Step 2: Content Draft Plan
    Following our call, I will prepare a draft content plan and send it over for your review. You will need to provide feedback so that I can make necessary adjustments.
  • Step 3: Content Creation
    Once the plan is approved, I will begin creating your 20 social media posts, which will include copy and Canva-branded graphics. These posts will be placed directly into your Trello board for easy access and scheduling.
  • Step 4: Delivery
    You will have 10 days from our planning call to receive your final content. I will ensure everything is organised and ready to schedule.
  • Step 5: Ongoing Use
    Once your content is complete, you will have full access to your Trello board, with the ability to reuse templates and adjust content as needed in the future.

Canva Usage

I am happy to create the content directly in my Canva account and either transfer the designs to your Canva account or provide you with a downloadable file. Once the designs are in your Canva account, you will have full rights to reuse them, edit them, and use them for future posts.

Additional Information

  • Consistency, Not Overload: The goal of this service is not to overwhelm you with daily posts. Instead, we’ll find a balanced, consistent posting plan that aligns with your business goals. You’ll have content ready to schedule, but the frequency will be tailored to your pace and needs.
  • Continued Planning: After receiving your 20 posts, you’ll have the tools and process in place to continue planning your content with less stress. 

Termination of Service

  • If you choose to cancel the service at any time after the planning call, you will still be required to pay for the full service.

Copyright and Usage

  • You are granted the right to use the content provided in this service as per the agreement. You may use, share, and adapt the content for your social media platforms, marketing materials, or other business uses.
