MY STORY
Iā€™m a mum of two daughters, living by the sea in Hampshire. Over the past 4 years, Iā€™ve been on a whirlwind journey, working with and supporting many incredible businesses across different industries.
Although each business had its own unique goals, one thing was clear: everyone was striving for balance, and burnout was far too common - especially with the never-ending to-do list always looming.
